About BodyProjects
At Bodyprojects, we like to put the ‘personal’ into personal training. So when you get in touch, you talk directly to us right from the start.
Bodyprojects was founded by Colin Coutts. With a degree in physiology, 20 years experience in both clinical and industrial environments and a fully qualified personal trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness, Colin offers an engaging and unique style of personal training. A friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging approach ensures that the individually designed programmes of exercise and nutrition are varied, fun and realistic. Having previously been unfit and suffering from high blood pressure, Colin fully understands that determination and motivation are key to achieving your goals and improving your lifestyle.

Bodyprojects also offers a sports massage and holistic therapy service, which is provided by Dr Jacqui Coutts. As well as sports massage, postural assessment and advice on skeletal injuries and conditions, we also offer a number of holistic treatments such as Indian Head, Thai Foot and Oriental Hand massage. Our prices
Personal training
Every body is different, and everyone has their own personal goals. With this in mind we offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation and health assessment. If you then decide that you would like us to help you, we have a flexible pricing structure which can be tailored to your individual requirements. Discounts are available for block booking and group personal training. Corporate rates and gift vouchers are available on request.
In addition, we will e-mail or telephone you regularily at no extra cost to make sure you are getting on OK with your fitness routines and to keep you up-to-date with new exercises and fitness/nutrition advice.

Cancellation and late policies
Cancellations
We like to think we are flexible and will always try to accomodate you when we book your session, but if you are unable to attend a pre-booked personal training session without giving us at least 12 hours notice, you will be liable to the full cost of the session.
Late arrival Due to our appointment system, if you arrive late for your session, it MUST finish at the pre-booked time. We absolutely respect the importance of punctuality.
